4.  Be Patient.  

Sometimes it pays in the long run to be patient.  You don't want to rush good quality repairs.  We can show you plenty of examples of poor repairs because of rushing!

5.  Check Around.

Some shops are quick to put paint and new panels on your vehicle.  If the first thing you here is paint this and paint that, you may want to get a second opinion, especially if you don't want to paint your vehicle.  Not all shops have equal technicians.
