We work with all insurance companies and deal directly with their estimators and adjusters.

3.  Interview!

This is your vehicle!  This is probably your second largest investment!  Ask questions and get familiar with the process of PDR.  Ask to talk to the technician that's going to work on your vehicle.  Experience counts!  You don't want to hand over your keys to just anyone!

4.  Be patient.  

Sometimes it pays in the long run to be patient.  You don't want to rush good quality repairs.  We can show you plenty of examples of poor repairs because of rushing!

No. 1 misconception is: 

You can choose any shop that you like!  

Insurance companies can lead you to a particular shop, but you ultimately have the final decision on where to go.

No. 2 misconception is: 

Hail Damage does not affect your insuracance rates!

It is covered under your comprehensive plan and your deductable is less than your collision deductable. Depending on your coverage, it could be $0.

(Note:  Rental cars aren't a problem!  We are located right behind Enterprise Rent-A-Car)

Most insurance plans have a rental car allowance.
